YOUR WARRANTY SOLUTION IS EASY...

Your Shark Inflatable Boat is covered by a five year limited warranty (depending on model - please refer to your warranty guide included with your Shark Inflatable Boat). Your limited factory warranty covers materials on your Shark Inflatable Boat, under the terms and conditions of your warranty.  If you have any questions regarding your inflatable boat warranty, please contact us.

In the unlikely hood that you may have a problem with your Shark Inflatable Boat, please do the following:

Contact us in writing and using the toll free number provided in your owners manual or warranty card, or contact your nearest authorized Shark repair service dealer immediately and notify us of the problem. Provide your serial number to your  representative.

Your Sail Outboard Motor  or Parsun Outboard is covered by a one or two year limited factory warranty, depending on model and your location (please refer to your warranty guide included with Sail Outboards and Parsun Outboards). The limited outboard warranty may cover parts and/or labour under the terms and conditions of your warranty.

In unlikely hood that you may have a problem with your Sail Outboard Motor , Parsun Outboard Motor or Nautic Outboard Motor, please do the following:
